Cheese pairings aren't only about the fancy stuff. Y'all know we like to have fun with our food. That's why, over a decade ago, we started pairing Halloween candy and cheese. And we've been impressed with the flavors we've been able to pull off. Think of dense, fudgy and meaty taleggio alongside smooth, sweet and salty peanut-butter cups. Think of crisp, lemony, and slightly sour chevre alongside bright and sweet lemon drops. This class is always a favorite, and a great way to get some ideas to gussy up your Halloween candy platters or liven up your Halloween cheese boards!
